Combat sports might be the worst possible environment for smartwatches…
but I think I’ve found the solution 👀

I’ve wasted thousands on fitness tech thinking it would make me a better athlete.
Watches. Shoes. Sensors. Apps.
Some of it was actually useful.
Most of it… ended up in a cupboard.
New video dropping on Sunday — breaking down what I regret buying vs what I actually still use as a do-it-all athlete.
Question for you:
What’s the most useless piece of fitness tech you’ve bought? Be honest 😅

“So how’s Thailand going Luke?” 😅
Spent the last few days training Muay Thai in out here and I’m putting together a video on the mistakes that ruin most people’s trips, so if you’re heading out here for training, this might just save you some pain 😎
Video dropping Thursday 💪🏻

SITREP: 3 days training in the scorching Thai heat… and after hammering the DJI Nano non-stop, the results are in.
Not a SINGLE overheating warning.
Longest clip so far: 10 minutes at 4K60 in 4:3.
Turns out the weak link during Muay Thai rounds is my gas tank 😂
What do you reckon — should I stress-test it even harder?

2,000 SUBS! 🍕😂
Seven weeks ago this channel was sitting dormant at 300 subs… and now we’re here.
I genuinely appreciate every single one of you.
To celebrate this completely unexpected growth, I’m doing what any athlete would do…
DEMOLISHING two pizzas at once 😅
Thank you for being part of this little channel turning into something real. Flying to Thailand tomorrow and with that, there is LOTS of new videos coming — we’re just getting warmed up.
THANK YOU ALL ❤️

Alright everyone, the countdown is ON! 🤯
In just over a week I’m heading back to Thailand to dive into some real Muay Thai training again - no fancy resorts, just real gyms, real pain and whole lot of sweat and I’d love to know what you guys want to see this time around: the raw training grind, a dive into muay thai culture, some general Thailand lifestyle or even some of the tech in using whilst I’m out there.
Cast your vote in the comments and let’s make this one for the books! 🥊🌍

Want me to put it through a real gym-goer test?
Drop a like if you want a brutally honest gym review 💪

Alright, confession time: after a solid month of testing out the Apple Watch Ultra 3, I ran into a little… let’s call it a “heart rate hiccup.” On my last two runs, it decided to ghost on tracking my heart rate for a good chunk of the workout. So guess what I did today? Yup, brought my trusty Garmin back into the game and—boom—suddenly I’m promoted to the superior VO2 max category again.
I guess my Garmin is out here trying to win me back with some sweet, sweet data flattery. Anyone else had a tech love triangle like this? Let me know! 😉

A lot of you have been asking about my training lately 👀
How I maintain strength while running and training two different martial arts — and still somehow recover.
So this Thursday, I’m dropping a video breaking down the exact hybrid framework I use — super simple, super effective, and basically how I stay in that top 1% without falling apart… (which is wild considering I can pull a hamstring just getting out of the car some days) 😅
If you’re trying to juggle lifting, running and everything else… this one will help a lot 👀🔥
