The Thermomix® Cutter is being released in Australia in early 2023 - and is already available in some other countries.
As a consultant I have had the opportunity to order mine, and will receive it in January. I can't wait to show it to you.
This video shows you a little of what it can do. There will be two new Modes added to the TM6 - Slicing and Grating. For each there will be two settings for thick and thin.
The TM Cutter is also compatible with the TM5. Users will use speed 4 and either cutting or reverse blades to get the same results.
Time to get excited for the best accessory ever!!

A recent software update to the Thermomix® TM6 added the Cooking Centre and Timer functions as shown in this video from @ThermomixCoUk
Seeing the cooking time/temp at the top of the screen when you are on another screen will definitely be handy.
The timer is useful - however it is a timer similar to that on your oven, in that it isn't very loud and so best used if you are hanging out nearby.
Check it out on your Thermie! I love how new things get added just through software updates.
