The biggest hot topic of the weekend, which was of course the Chargers’ continued failure to protect Justin Herbert, and I dove into a number of potential solutions, from training staff tweaks to just signing Stevo Klotz like I beg them to every week. I ended football with some encouraging Punjab Kings parallels to ponder. In cricket, I briefly touched on the lopsided first India-WI Test before moving on to discuss the ongoing Women’s ODI World Cup.
