Dear Customer: (1) Do NOT demean the Customer Service Rep. It's not their fault whatever is going on with you. If you are upset, you have choices: - do not answer your phone (in person, use self-check, assess before approach and change lines, etc.) - ask to speak with a manager and yell at them, if needed(they get paid enough to deal with it, not the Rep.) - if it's bill collection, PAY YOUR BILLS, and if you can't, notify company early
