The Basque Agency for Development Cooperation (GLEA) is the public body responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the cooperation policy for the development of the Basque Government. It is the main instrument of the Basque Government to channel international solidarity and to join the efforts of multiple agents at the local and international level in the promotion of sustainable human development and the fight against poverty and inequalities.
