I know it’s been over a year since I’ve posted, and I wanted to thank you for sticking around. Life’s taken me on quite a journey — one filled with mountain trails, sawdust, soil, and a whole lot of soul-searching.

Starting now, this channel is shifting gears. I’ll be sharing the real stuff: my life in the mountains, wellness practices that actually work, building projects from scratch, gardening victories (and failures), and what it really means to live close to the land.

BUT — for those of you who’ve followed me for weight loss and wellness content, don’t worry. That part of me isn’t going anywhere. I’ll still be diving into diet, food choices, sustainable weight loss, movement, and how all of this ties into living a healthier, fuller life.

If you’re into cabin life, nature, health, homesteading, or just need some quiet inspiration — you’ll feel right at home here.
