I’ve had 26 years of experiences living with bipolar: mania, depression, hypomania, mixed episodes, and yes, stability (the holy grail!). I try to talk about all of it to give a fuller picture of life with bipolar.
This channel strives to break stigma, offer support, and promote better understanding of bipolar disorder.

Stable relationships help bipolar stability, and vice versa.
Bryan has been my rock for 17 years. He knew me back when I kept bipolar a secret.
After many years together, I went public with bipolar. I started my YouTube channel and even talked about having bipolar to students in the school district where he teaches.
He supports me through everything. He’s proud of me. He’s been in a few of my YouTube videos.
I’m lucky. He’s lucky too. ❤️
