I told you guys I’d be off work this week… but I also said I’d try to put something together for you.

What started as a small intake valve problem on a 9.0L turned into a BIG repair day.
Water pump, MEG input seal, X9 clean grain auger work, a freezing Bron 585 DEF fault call… and then the full cylinder head install to wrap it all up.
Packed video, lots of diagnostics, and a whole lot of “how did this snowball so fast?” 😂

A tiny intake valve problem turned into a HUGE repair on this 9.0L… and it doesn’t stop there.
While waiting on the cylinder head to come back from the machine shop, I jump into an X9 clean grain auger fix, then head out into the freezing cold to get a Bron 585 tile plow back online after a DEF system failure.
And once the head finally shows up… it’s time for the most gruesome part of the job — torquing every last one of those bolts. 🤘
