I'm Scott, and I don't want to just be a reactor doing blind reactions. I want to share the music, books, artists (and other things) that I like/love. Every single video on this channel will be something that I've watched, listened to, read, experienced. I do take suggestions with no guarantees of liking it. And I only recommend things that are to my (rather peculiar and broad) tastes

I did a couple of blind reactions here, and you (the viewers), asked for more. Since I didn't want to change the focus of this channel from informed opinions and recommendations, it made sense for me to have a separate place for them.
There is a lot of crossover between though. If I like someone there, they'll probably show up here too. And suggestions are more then welcome there.

You guys liked Sway so much, I decided we needed to see Venus. First the original classic (with the mispronunciation of Goddess) by Shocking Blue, and then the Divine Diva's performance when she was 16. When I first heard this I thought I'd found a new Angelina Jordan song for a few lines. This is a phenomenal song. Miss Woods is obviously another follower of Amy Winehouse, and has a similar vocal range to Angelina Jordan. I've heard a few of her songs by now and while similar she does have her own unique voice. It definitely NOT Angelina, but Angels will probably like her.

Stop whatever you're doing and go watch this. This Russian/Bashkir folk/pop group has just bludgeoned their way into the regular rotation. This spans so many different types of genres, and does so effortlessly and with grace. And while I don't normally care a lot about cinematography, this is a masterpiece both aurally and visually.
