my 2021 Honda City S CVT na 5 years old noon is worth around ₱500,000 or 57% na lang ng original price.
At take note, 57% after 5 years mataas na yan.
Ibig sabihin?
Around ₱75,600 ang nawawala every year.
Depreciation pa lang yan.
By 2026?
Malamang below ₱500K na yan.
Tanong: magkano na lang value ng kotse mo ngayon?
