🪷 #Unpopularopinion My reaction to the diversity roll back of programs is that the original intent was itself diluted. Watch (Exhibit A), the traditional idea of gender diversity has been to take in women and fit them in the same corporate structure. So basically we want women but let them be just like us. Instead, the idea should have been (Exhibit B) if we are bringing in women, let them bring themselves that have the potential to reform and transform work, workplaces, and client outcomes.

So basically with the Exhibit A mindset, we failed in that agenda. So let it get scrapped. Many such things will get scrapped in the times to come. Many structures will crumble.

Solution is to tap the untapped.

✨️✨️If this intrigues you, and as a leader you feel you want to do something, happy to have a chat.

Isn't exhibit B soothing??? Happy Monday.

P.S - The idea is beyond clothing. The pictures were simply used to convey a message.
