Congratulations to my clients from NJ on closing on their brand new Florida home! Waterside at Lakewood Ranch is a killer location and I know they are going to enjoy that lifestyle.
They had been watching me on YouTube for a while and one day, during a blizzard, they decided to schedule a Zoom call with me to discuss their relocation goals.
