💥Congratulations to my out of state clients on putting this new construction home under contract! 🏡

This couple found me on TikTok and wanted someone well versed in new construction as well as resale and they thought that I was a great fit for them.

They really wanted a pool home so they flew down and we looked at 15 resale homes until they decided that most are in 💩 condition and it would be best to purchase a new home and put their own pool in.

We were able to negotiate some off of the purchase price, a nice interest rate buy down, ALL closing costs paid, blinds for the whole home, and epoxy on the garage floor.

Just a few more weeks until they are trading in snow shovels for flip flops and living that Florida Life! 🌴☀️
