I usually wait til a full season is out to voice my opinions on a show…but since Ironheart is getting dragged by some questionable individuals, I’ll say this…after watching the first 3 episodes, I’d currently give it a 7 or 7.5 outta 10. Riri Williams is a good lead and the heart of the story is different from the typical “stop the bad guy” plot of most Marvel projects. The first episode is DEFINITELY the weakest, but it finds its footing in the next couple of entries. I enjoyed her relationship with her AI, the supporting characters have some depth, the villain has pathos, and the set pieces are interesting.

My gripes would be that some of the dialogue (mainly in episode 1) feels off or forced and the story rushes through some of the story beats to get it’s characters where they need to be at the beginning.

Anyone saying “this is the worst show ever” is dragging it for clout…it’s fine.
