The young Evil Queen has an outfit similar to Snow White’s scullery maid dress but with a lighter lilac purple color to indicate her youth before she delved into her obsession with the Magic Mirror where she is most iconically known for wearing a dark purple color as a villain 🪞

Snow White and the King's design are based on the versions of them from the Disney book series ‘Before the Story' with the King aged down to suit the time period he meets the Evil Queen. The 3 witches are based on the Old Hag version of the Evil Queen with different hair colors!

My racer’s design is based on candy floss and love heart sweets which have a general pastel color palette in shades of pink, yellow and green. I chose them to make my racer unique since none of the other Sugar Rush racers have used these sweet elements before and the colors compliment my skin tone really well! Since most of the girl racers in Sugar Rush wear upside down cupcake wrappers as skirts, unzipped frill ended jackets with stripes, funky leggings, a personalised headpiece and some chunky shoes, my racer also has these main elements ✨

My hair is made of shimmery candy floss and I have a hard translucent helmet with two hearts on the side. These hearts are an interchangeable accessory so that different words and symbols can be placed on my helmet. There are several hearts throughout my design to fit with my candy heart theme some of these hearts have music notes as little musical details. My leggings have a candy cane pattern with the use of pastel green and white colors to pair nicely with my cupcake skirt 🧁

My racing kart is a giant sprinkle filled candy floss with a dip in the centre for the practicality of a driving seat, steering wheel and windshield. It has a massive cone at the back to represent the kind of candy floss holders you would get at carnivals and this feature helps keeps other racers at a distance so they can’t ram into my kart during races. Melle added mesh heart headlights that have a dual speaker functionality and some music notes lining the exhaust pipe where melodies also play out of. The melodies depend on what’s happening in the race like if I win or want to distract other racers. Since heart candies usually have little messages on them I thought it would be cute to incorporate a racing term like ‘vroom’ on the wheels which also works really well as an onomatopoeia word. Of course I have a biscuit nameplate at the back so that racers don’t forget who just sped past them 😎
