آج سے گیارہ سال پہلے، 16 دسمبر 2014 کو پاکستان نے اپنی تاریخ کا ایک ایسا سیاہ دن دیکھا جس نے صرف ایک شہر یا ایک ادارے کو نہیں، بلکہ پوری قوم کے دل کو لہو لہان کر دیا۔
سانحۂ آرمی پبلک اسکول پشاور محض ایک حملہ نہیں تھا۔ یہ معصوم بچوں کے خوابوں کا قتل تھا۔ یہ علم، امن اور انسانیت پر حملہ تھا۔ وہ بچے جو بستے اٹھا کر مستقبل کے خواب لے کر اسکول گئے تھے، وہ واپس نہیں آئے۔ یہ زخم وقت کے ساتھ مندمل نہیں ہوتا، یہ صرف یادوں میں اور گہرا ہوتا جاتا ہے۔
ہم اُن تمام معصوم شہداء، اساتذہ اور خاندانوں کو سلام پیش کرتے ہیں جنہوں نے ناقابلِ بیان درد برداشت کیا۔ اُن کی قربانی ہمیں ہر روز یہ یاد دلاتی ہے کہ خاموشی جرم کے برابر ہوتی ہے اور ظلم کے خلاف کھڑا ہونا ہی انسانیت کا تقاضا ہے۔
یہ دن ہمیں یاد دلاتا ہے کہ دہشت گردی کا کوئی مذہب، کوئی جواز اور کوئی معافی نہیں۔ جو ہاتھ بچوں پر اٹھے، وہ انسان نہیں ہو سکتا۔
