Dance Party With Dom Here! Bringing the vibes with dance workouts, mindful movement, and simple routines to keep you feeling strong, energized, and in flow—no excuses, just love for your body 💖💪🏽
Don’t skip your cool downs, angel! 😩✨ You’re making yourself way more sore than you need to be.
I get it—after a long workout, it’s tempting to close the tab and move on with your day. But when we don’t take time to stretch and breathe after movement, we pay for it later with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness).
I’ve noticed in my video analytics that a lot of people drop off right when the cool down starts. And as a content creator, that says: “maybe skip the cool down next time…”
But as a trainer and dancer? I refuse. 💪🏾🧘🏾♀️ Cooling down is crucial—for your muscles, your nervous system, and your long-term progress.
Bringing your body back to balance (homeostasis) after dancing, sweating, and turning all the way up makes all the difference in how you feel tomorrow. So I’ll keep reminding you 💗
Take the extra 2–3 minutes. Your body will thank you.

This video is so good! But its one of the first ones I made and I don't think the people who need to see it have it! Maybe that person is you?

I REALLY don't love any other platform as much as I do Youtube! I wish this had more of a community feel... but maybe we can build one
