Sorry it’s been a while! We are still working on the next episode of our Ecuador series and will have it out very soon. It’s taken a little longer as our travels have been pretty crazy lately and Kirsty was unwell for about a week so no voiceovers 😅

We are so excited to share what we got up to in the next video, the city of Quito in Ecuador has more than just incredible architecture, but as you can see it definitely has some of that too!

Fun fact: the gargoyles surrounding this cathedral are made up of Galapagos animals to represent the countries natural inhabitants 🐢🦭🦎🦈🐧🦩

Amazon Rainforest Part 2! 🐊🐬🦥🎣🕷🐍🌳🛶🇨🇴🇵🇪

So this one is taking us a while to edit, we were hoping to have it ready this week but it’s still got a way to go. We did a lot during our time there and part two is spread across two countries in the Amazon as we went looking for sloths 🦥😍 we can’t wait to share what we saw along the way!

We’re sorry it’ll be a little later than planned but we’re working on it and plan to have it ready for next Friday!

We have been experiencing an issue with bots/some kind of scam on our channel for months now so our subscriber numbers have been fluctuating like crazy as these bots add fake numbers & YouTube works hard each day to clear them.

The real number is therefore hard to determine but we see the count is remaining comfortably over 10k (possibly heading to 11k) so we’d like to say a massive thank you to all of you who are genuinely here to enjoy our hard work & travel with us ❤️

We’re Being Scammed! | Estamos siendo estafados!

We recently noticed a bunch of comments on a few of our South American videos saying that people have been offered money to advertise or Like and Subscribe to our Channel. We don’t have a great deal of information other than these comments but we wanted to address this quickly as the activity on our channel has gone a little crazy lately and a scam sounds like a likely cause.

Please if you are here on our channel because someone is offering to pay you then it is not true, it is a scam and it has nothing to do with us. We never have and never will pay people to Like and Subscribe to our channel. Our channel is our passion, we work very hard on it and we want people to watch because they enjoy our travel content not because they are being paid.

No content creator who works hard to create videos would ever do anything to jeopardize their hard work, it has taken us years and so many hours to get to where we are. We have seen this type of thing happen to other creators in the past and now sadly we can relate to the stress and anxiety that comes with this whole scenario.

Please do not Like and Subscribe to our channel (or anyones) because someone has offered to pay you. They are scammers, do not be part of their deceitful scam it damages genuine hardworking creators and wastes your time. Watch things you actually want to watch whether that’s our content or someone else’s, but please know we are not in any way affiliated with these Whatsapp/Telegram Scams that we have heard about, we are victims of these scammers here.

Bear with us, because as you can see we have to figure this all out whilst translating Spanish to English, which suggests this scam is coming from a Spanish speaking part of the world.

Rest assured we will do our best to get this situation resolved as it is very time consuming and damaging for us and our channel.

Recientemente, notamos una serie de comentarios en algunos de nuestros videos sudamericanos que decían que a las personas se les había ofrecido dinero para anunciarse, darle Me gusta y suscribirse a nuestro canal. No tenemos mucha información aparte de estos comentarios, pero queríamos abordar esto rápidamente ya que la actividad en nuestro canal se ha vuelto un poco loca últimamente y una estafa parece ser una causa probable.

Por favor si estás aquí en nuestro canal porque alguien se ofrece a pagarte entonces no es cierto, es una estafa y no tiene nada que ver con nosotros. Nunca hemos pagado ni pagaremos a las personas para que les guste y se suscriban a nuestro canal. Nuestro canal es nuestra pasión, trabajamos muy duro en él y queremos que la gente lo vea porque disfruta de nuestro contenido de viajes, no porque les paguen.

Ningún creador de contenido que trabaje duro para crear videos haría algo que ponga en peligro su arduo trabajo; nos ha tomado años y muchas horas llegar a donde estamos. Hemos visto que les sucede este tipo de cosas a otros creadores en el pasado y ahora, lamentablemente, podemos identificarnos con el estrés y la ansiedad que conlleva todo este escenario.

Por favor, no le guste ni se suscriba a nuestro canal (ni a nadie) porque alguien se ha ofrecido a pagarle. Son estafadores, no seas parte de su estafa engañosa, ya que daña a los creadores genuinos y trabajadores y te hace perder el tiempo. Mire las cosas que realmente desea ver, ya sea nuestro contenido o el de otra persona, pero sepa que no estamos afiliados de ninguna manera con estas estafas de Whatsapp/Telegram de las que hemos oído hablar, somos víctimas de estos estafadores aquí.

Tengan paciencia, porque como pueden ver, tenemos que resolver todo esto mientras traducimos del español al inglés, lo que sugiere que esta estafa proviene de una parte del mundo de habla hispana.

Tenga la seguridad de que haremos todo lo posible para resolver esta situación, ya que requiere mucho tiempo y es perjudicial para nosotros y nuestro canal.
