I got some bad news after my X-ray.

My podiatrist found a large bone spur in my heel. I’ve been extremely flat-footed my whole life, and I’m now dealing with plantar fasciitis as well.

To help manage the pain, my doctor wants me to wear stability shoes with supportive inserts and rotate my shoes daily so each pair gets about 48 hours to decompress before I wear them again. I also received an injection to help manage the pain.

I’m doing my best to take this seriously and get my feet healthier so that I can move freely. ❤️

If anyone would like to support me with some of the items I need for healthier feet, I have a wishlist available. It includes extra inserts, and another pair of stability shoes so I can rotate them.
