Since reaching 100K, it felt like a good moment to see which videos helped make it happen.
It turns out there are a few practices that viewers have been returning to again and again – prompting the channel to double in size this year. I've shared them here in case you're looking for your next favorite.
Reaching this milestone over the holidays was the best gift I could have received. Thank you for practicing with me and for helping grow this community.
The channel doubled in the past year, from 50K to 100K. To me, this growth reflects how many people are seeking a quieter, more healing approach to yoga. I’m honored to guide those who’ve chosen this path. After twenty years of teaching yoga in person, it’s been a privilege to extend this work beyond my studio’s walls and into homes around the world.
What keeps me most inspired are your sweet comments. I love your stories about how these practices are supporting your bodies, your hearts, and your daily lives.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who practices with me, again and again, in your own way. As this work continues to grow, I believe its effects reach far beyond this channel. 🤍
It was a pleasure to create today’s new video, which is a beautiful and relaxing practice using a yoga bolster. If you don’t have one, you can easily substitute a cushion from your sofa - one of the large backrest types - for the perfect firmness and thickness. Stacking two bed pillows can also work.
Happy to be back at my home studio after all the months of travel. I’m wearing my microphone in today’s new video - a 30 minute yin yoga practice for shoulders, hips, low back and legs. Enjoy, and let me know what you think! 💚 https://youtu.be/EcAazXMeobI
✨ New video is up today, and it’s a little different… we’re actually getting up off the floor!
This class includes a slow, standing vinyasa flow that's designed to be gentle enough for all levels. It includes my goddess flow routine, which I often like to practice in the mornings. It's a more energizing way to explore moving with your breath while also getting a full body stretch.
What gives you the most lasting release – deep yoga or deep tissue work?
I just shared a new class called Deep Tissue Yoga - a yin sequence to help release lower body tension and improve hip mobility. If you’re curious whether yoga can feel as satisfying as massage, give it a try and let me know what you think: https://youtu.be/zmrqGsVCoH8
What works best for *your* body when it comes to real tension relief?
🧘♀️ Join me at 7,500 feet elevation for tomorrow's 25-minute Yin Fascia Release, filmed in the Sierra Nevada high country near this delightful hot spring.
This practice will help melt tension from the connective tissues throughout your whole body – from shoulders and spine 🌀 down to hips and legs 🦵.
Today’s new Somatic Yoga video was filmed in the stunning Yosemite wilderness where I’ve spent the past week camping in glorious mountains, doing epic waterfall hikes, and chasing rainbows.
If you’ve been overdoing it or just need a reset, this 23-minute class supports a natural detox by reducing cortisol and calming your stress response - blending slow, mindful stretches with intuitive movement.

I’d love to hear what you think... especially if you usually practice yin and somatic yoga with me. Do you also enjoy this kind of flow?
