Parade Update -
For those of you that are aware of what the equine industry is dealing with, or not, I wanted to share our thoughts and how we are keeping our boys safe. Right now there is a very dangerous virus going around the equine world. This strand effects a horse nuerologically and you cannot vacvinate against it. It can take 14 to 21 days to show symptoms and even some horses can carry it without showing symptoms.
This is a very scary time right now and we are doing everything to keep our boys safe. We are still planning on doing the Raleigh Christmas Parade Saturday but the rest of our parades will be a wait and see approach. You are welcome to take pictures but we are going to ask that you don't approach and try and pet the horses. Humans can transmit this disease and it can live on your clothes for up to 2 days. Even if you don't own horses you can transmit it just by being near them.
There are not many equine acts in this Parade and they are spread out through the event. We are able to keep Bill in the staging area away from other horses and people as long as possible.
Thank you for all your support and understanding as we navigate this situation. Please keep all your horses friends in your thoughts as we are waiting to see how big this blows up. News just started coming out this week so it will be another 10 to 15 days before we see how this all plays out.
We also ask, please be kind within the equine community. Everyone is handling this differently and you don't know where people are coming from, I don't want to see hate and bashing comments within my group, you will be removed.

Selling these fringe pieces! They're made with Velcro to stick to sport medicine boots, I've used them a few times for parades and barrel racing but I now use polo wraps and they're not the same material.
