Can someone tell me why my white always clumps up and isn't smooth and how to fix it? It will do face and leg markings fine but whenever I try to do pinto markings or anything larger it gets lumpy and streaky.

The first two pictures are my latest attempt, in the last two pictures are the paints I've tried to use.
