🚨 URGENT: Bear Needs a Hero! 🚨

Bear, a sweet Australian Shepherd mix, is facing an uncertain future. He was part of a rescue operation where dogs were living in deplorable conditions, and many were malnourished or dying. Despite his rough start, Bear’s unique black, white, and brown coloring makes him stand out, and his friendly nature shines through.

When I met Bear, he approached me with caution, barking due to the kennel’s commotion. His breed can be sensitive and mouthy, but with proper training and love, he can thrive. However, Bear’s chances are slim due to being rescue-only and having a “bite history” note on his record.

Bear deserves a second chance at life, love, and a forever home. Can you be his hero? 🐾❤️

- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sat–Sun: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💔The images say what words can’t. His face is ripped open, raw and infected. His leg is torn down to the bone, the muscle and tissue exposed. He is suffering on a cold shelter floor. Two days ago a good Samaritan brought Tiny in after he was hit by a car. The shelter has been sending out pleas to rescues for help for two days. When we saw his photos and the extent of his injuries we couldn’t look away. The shelter cannot save him, they do not have the resources to even begin to manage injuries this severe. And now his life is in our hands. We’ve taken on one medical emergency after another. We are maxed out financially, emotionally, physically. But how do you look at Tiny and walk away? We can’t. We are begging for your help to get him to a critical care hospital immediately. Every second that passes risks infection, sepsis, and unbearable suffering. We will find a way to get Tiny out. 💔We received a heartbreaking call for help from the City Animal Care and Control. A 12-year-old senior girl was found as a stray with a baseball-sized ulcerating mass protruding from her neck. In addition, she has multiple smaller masses on various parts of her little body. The loud sounds of the shelter overwhelm Mila, and she is often found shaking in her kennel in fear. The sight of her is depressing. Sadly the shelter does not have the resources to provide Mila with the care she desperately needs and is begging for help. Seniors are near and dear to our hearts; we could not sit back and let Mila suffer any longer. We agreed to take Mila into our care and are transporting her to our emergency hospital for treatment.
