Period cramps vs. PCOS pain - what’s the actual difference?
Every month, many girls say - “I have such bad cramps today.” But sometimes, it’s not just normal cramps.
💌 Period cramps feel like:
- Mild to strong pain in your lower belly and back during your periods.
- It comes and goes like waves.
Example: Like someone is squeezing your stomach tight for a few minutes and then leaving it.
💌 PCOS pain feels different:
- It is not just during periods.
- You may feel heaviness or sharp pain on one side of your lower belly anytime in the month.
Example: Like a dull stone sitting there for days, or sometimes sudden sharp pain if a cyst bursts.
Why does it matter?
- Because PCOS is not “just bad periods.”
It causes:
- Irregular periods
- Acne, hair fall
- Weight changes
- Trouble getting pregnant later
If your period pain feels unusual, longer, or your cycles are irregular, don’t ignore it thinking “bas normal hai.”

Trust god’s timing when nothing makes sense (personal experience)
Sometimes life feels like a puzzle with missing pieces.
You try so hard – study, work, pray – but things still don’t fall into place.
You wonder, “Why is this happening to me? Why now?”
But I’ve realised one thing in my toughest days:
- God’s timing is never wrong.
You may not see it now.
You may feel stuck, broken, or lost.
But later, when you look back, you’ll realise –
- Every delay protected you.
- Every rejection redirected you.
- Every unanswered prayer was preparing you for something better.
Just like a farmer waits for the right season to harvest,
God waits for the right moment to bless you.
- Keep doing your part baaki sab hojyega
Because when it’s finally your time,
Everything will fall into place so beautifully,
You’ll smile and say,
"Now I understand why I had to wait."
Hahah yes, you will say this for sure

The HARSH reality of MOST colleges
College takes lakhs of rupees from students.
Especially medical colleges – sometimes crores.
But what do they really teach us?
- How to cram 1000-page books overnight.
- How to write exams without understanding concepts.
- How to follow rules blindly and fear seniors.
- How to stay quiet even when something feels wrong.
But they don’t teach us:
- How to manage money and taxes.
- How to build real confidence in interviews.
- How to communicate like a leader.
- How to handle anxiety, loneliness, or failures.
- How to find your true career path beyond just marks.
In college, no one teaches you how to live life.
We enter college thinking - this degree will set our future.
But we leave realising - this degree is just a paper, the real skills we have to learn ourselves.
That’s the harsh truth.
And unless we change how we learn, we will keep producing toppers who don’t know how to live life beyond marksheets.
Marks can give you a job.
Skills will build your life.

I’ve been vegan for the last 10 years.
- No meat.
- No eggs.
- No doodh-dahi-ghee.
Not because it’s “cool.”
Not because it’s trending on reels.
But because yeh mere liye sabse conscious decision tha.
When I first turned vegan, people laughed.
“Protein kahan se aayega?”
“Weak ho jaaoge.”
“Body kaise banegi?”
But guess what?
In these 10 years:
- My digestion is better, skin is clearer, and energy? Next level.
- I feel lighter - not just physically, but mentally too.
Recently, I went to the Vegan India Conference in Bombay.
Hundreds of people, Cakes, ice creams, meals – sab plant-based.
No taste compromise, No guilt, Bas real khana, real impact.
For me, veganism isn’t just about health.
- It’s about kindness.
- It’s about saying – “If I can live without hurting another being, why won’t I?”
Also, I have reversed many people's diabetes, hypertension, pcod on this diet which is thought impossible to reverse
And,
Recently I also gained 10 kg weight in just 3 months of gym and good vegan diet.
If you think vegan = weak,
Think again

at this exact date, I did something crazy🤯✈️
I launched my first book for the #NEET aspirant at age 19.
No big company, No publisher, No team.
Bas ek student, ek idea, aur ek hope -
That's what helped me crack #NEET will help thousands like me for sure.
Back then, I was scared.
- “What if no one buys it?”
- “What if it fails?”
- “What if people laugh at me?”
But I still did it.
Because I knew – this book wasn’t just another theory book.
It was exactly how I studied, how I revised, how I scored well.
Today, that book is one of the most loved #NEET books in India. ❤️
Students who used it got ranks like AIR 28, 83, 99, 130, 214, 344, 391, 534 and countless other selections.
🌻 We didn’t just launch a book.
- We proved its results.
🌻We didn’t just sell a book.
- We built trust.
From being a scared student with an idea →
To build a Parth Goyal Company (PGC) with multiple products changing lives…
This journey has been nothing less than magic.
The only reason it happened?
I started… even when I was scared.
If you have an idea today, remember –
Fear is normal. Starting is rare.

99% of people think Gen Z can’t handle pressure.
- I completely disagree.
I work with Gen Z every single day. They are my teammates, my interns, my students, and my audience.
And here’s what I’ve seen:
- They juggle college with side hustles.
- They manage internships alongside semester exams.
- They care about mental health while meeting deadlines.
- They earn money while still being teenagers.
Yes, they don’t tolerate toxic work culture, and they won’t spend their lives pleasing bad bosses.
But that’s not “weakness.” That’s clarity.
Most Gen Z kids I know wake up at 5 AM for NEET, JEE, CA prep.
They build YouTube channels, manage small businesses, freelance, and still show up for their friends and families.
- They aren’t avoiding pressure.
- They’re rejecting meaningless pressure and focusing on purposeful work.
- They’re not scared of hard work. They’re just smart enough to choose where to put that hard work.
So, if you think Gen Z is soft - spend a day in their shoes.
You’ll realise they’re not the problem. They’re the change this world needs.
Ps - What’s your experience working with Gen Z? Tell me below.
I am so proud of you guys ❤️

But hey, life isn’t all about just work…
I also:

- I Listen to music (while working – my favourite multitasking 😂)

- I Spend time with my family (best therapy ever)
And yes…
- I feel tired.
- I feel confused sometimes.
- I question myself – Am I on the right path?
But then I remind myself:
- This is the life I prayed for.

But step by step, day by day…

Maybe we can’t have it all at once –
But we can create it all, with patience, consistency, and faith.

Tbh I am not a big coaching centre,
I was just a student of age 19 when I wrote this dream book, hoping that it will someday help a NEET Aspirant sitting somewhere having no clue.
We broke our own record — again.
🌟 2 in the Top 100
🌟 11 in the Top 1000
More than numbers, it’s about the lives we touch and the dreams we help build.
Thank you for letting us be part of your journey.
