Hello everyone, welcome to my channel!
I have always been curious about science since childhood. I used to think why rainbows are formed, how we digest our food, what is the smallest particle in the world etc. I enjoy reading science subjects so much that I took "PCMB" stream after 10th.
My Major Academic Achievements -
- Secured AIR 223 in NEET
- Secured AIR 5364 in JEE ADVANCED
- Selected in NSEB, KVPY, NTSE
After coming to college I decided to be less nerdy and be more social and practical. I also wanted to develop my social skills and personality. This got me to have a lot of non-academic achievements which I build in my 1st Year of MBBS.
My Non-Academic Achievements -
- Co-Founder of Eat Fruits and Heal
- Youtuber
- Author of 2 Books (BIOHACK & CHEMHACK)
- Reversed Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid, Obesity of Many Patients through Wholistic Nutrition
This has been my story
Thank you so much for all this love and support! :)

This year felt heavy.
In the best possible way.
I completed MBBS.
Six years of discipline, doubt, late nights, and becoming someone new.
I gained 10 kg.
Made myself muscular.
From 57 to 67 as a 6 feet tall, it was needed.
Choosing strength. Choosing health. Choosing myself.
My YouTube family grew to 980,000.
Still surreal.
Grateful for the trust, and aware of the responsibility that comes with it.
I went on my first solo trip.
To Rishikesh.
No agenda. No rush.
Just long walks, quiet mornings, and uncomfortable conversations with myself.
I travelled more than ever before.
Kedarnath.
Tungnath.
Manali.
Rohtang.
Goa.
And countless quick runs to Delhi and Mumbai.
Different places, same inner questions.
Some days felt aligned.
Some days confusing.
And Iâm learning that growth often looks like both.
This year didnât make life easier.
It made me stronger, calmer, and more honest with myself.
Ending the year grounded, grateful, and quietly excited for whatâs next. đ±

Period cramps vs. PCOS pain - whatâs the actual difference?
Every month, many girls say - âI have such bad cramps today.â But sometimes, itâs not just normal cramps.
đ Period cramps feel like:
- Mild to strong pain in your lower belly and back during your periods.
- It comes and goes like waves.
Example: Like someone is squeezing your stomach tight for a few minutes and then leaving it.
đ PCOS pain feels different:
- It is not just during periods.
- You may feel heaviness or sharp pain on one side of your lower belly anytime in the month.
Example: Like a dull stone sitting there for days, or sometimes sudden sharp pain if a cyst bursts.
Why does it matter?
- Because PCOS is not âjust bad periods.â
It causes:
- Irregular periods
- â Acne, hair fall
- â Weight changes
- â Trouble getting pregnant later
If your period pain feels unusual, longer, or your cycles are irregular, donât ignore it thinking âbas normal hai.â

Trust godâs timing when nothing makes sense (personal experience)
Sometimes life feels like a puzzle with missing pieces.
You try so hard â study, work, pray â but things still donât fall into place.
You wonder, âWhy is this happening to me? Why now?â
But Iâve realised one thing in my toughest days:
- Godâs timing is never wrong.
You may not see it now.
You may feel stuck, broken, or lost.
But later, when you look back, youâll realise â
- Every delay protected you.
- Every rejection redirected you.
- Every unanswered prayer was preparing you for something better.
Just like a farmer waits for the right season to harvest,
God waits for the right moment to bless you.
- Keep doing your part baaki sab hojyega
Because when itâs finally your time,
Everything will fall into place so beautifully,
Youâll smile and say,
"Now I understand why I had to wait."
Hahah yes, you will say this for sure

The HARSH reality of MOST colleges
College takes lakhs of rupees from students.
Especially medical colleges â sometimes crores.
But what do they really teach us?
- How to cram 1000-page books overnight.
- How to write exams without understanding concepts.
- How to follow rules blindly and fear seniors.
- How to stay quiet even when something feels wrong.
But they donât teach us:
- How to manage money and taxes.
- How to build real confidence in interviews.
- How to communicate like a leader.
- How to handle anxiety, loneliness, or failures.
- How to find your true career path beyond just marks.
In college, no one teaches you how to live life.
We enter college thinking - this degree will set our future.
But we leave realising - this degree is just a paper, the real skills we have to learn ourselves.
Thatâs the harsh truth.
And unless we change how we learn, we will keep producing toppers who donât know how to live life beyond marksheets.
Marks can give you a job.
Skills will build your life.

Iâve been vegan for the last 10 years.
- No meat.
- â No eggs.
- â No doodh-dahi-ghee.
Not because itâs âcool.â
Not because itâs trending on reels.
But because yeh mere liye sabse conscious decision tha.
When I first turned vegan, people laughed.
âProtein kahan se aayega?â
âWeak ho jaaoge.â
âBody kaise banegi?â
But guess what?
In these 10 years:
- My digestion is better, skin is clearer, and energy? Next level.
- I feel lighter - not just physically, but mentally too.
Recently, I went to the Vegan India Conference in Bombay.
Hundreds of people, Cakes, ice creams, meals â sab plant-based.
No taste compromise, No guilt, Bas real khana, real impact.
For me, veganism isnât just about health.
- Itâs about kindness.
- Itâs about saying â âIf I can live without hurting another being, why wonât I?â
Also, I have reversed many people's diabetes, hypertension, pcod on this diet which is thought impossible to reverse
And,
Recently I also gained 10 kg weight in just 3 months of gym and good vegan diet.
If you think vegan = weak,
Think again

at this exact date, I did something crazyđ€Żâïž
I launched my first book for the #NEET aspirant at age 19.
No big company, No publisher, No team.
Bas ek student, ek idea, aur ek hope -
That's what helped me crack #NEET will help thousands like me for sure.
Back then, I was scared.
- âWhat if no one buys it?â
- âWhat if it fails?â
- âWhat if people laugh at me?â
But I still did it.
Because I knew â this book wasnât just another theory book.
It was exactly how I studied, how I revised, how I scored well.
Today, that book is one of the most loved #NEET books in India. â€ïž
Students who used it got ranks like AIR 28, 83, 99, 130, 214, 344, 391, 534 and countless other selections.
đ» We didnât just launch a book.
- We proved its results.
đ»We didnât just sell a book.
- We built trust.
From being a scared student with an idea â
To build a Parth Goyal Company (PGC) with multiple products changing livesâŠ
This journey has been nothing less than magic.
The only reason it happened?
I started⊠even when I was scared.
If you have an idea today, remember â
Fear is normal. Starting is rare.

99% of people think Gen Z canât handle pressure.
- I completely disagree.
I work with Gen Z every single day. They are my teammates, my interns, my students, and my audience.
And hereâs what Iâve seen:
- They juggle college with side hustles.
- They manage internships alongside semester exams.
- They care about mental health while meeting deadlines.
- They earn money while still being teenagers.
Yes, they donât tolerate toxic work culture, and they wonât spend their lives pleasing bad bosses.
But thatâs not âweakness.â Thatâs clarity.
Most Gen Z kids I know wake up at 5 AM for NEET, JEE, CA prep.
They build YouTube channels, manage small businesses, freelance, and still show up for their friends and families.
- They arenât avoiding pressure.
- Theyâre rejecting meaningless pressure and focusing on purposeful work.
- Theyâre not scared of hard work. Theyâre just smart enough to choose where to put that hard work.
So, if you think Gen Z is soft - spend a day in their shoes.
Youâll realise theyâre not the problem. Theyâre the change this world needs.
Ps - Whatâs your experience working with Gen Z? Tell me below.
I am so proud of you guys â€ïž
