Hi! My name is Alex and I am an aspiring home cook with dreams of sharing my recipes and dishes with all of you! I have been cooking for over a decade, and in the process, created lots of budget friendly and fun dishes that will wow anyone who eats them! I began learning how to cook from my grandmother, before she passed away, and then continued to grow through my university years when I was living by myself. Now I cook for my family, almost every night, and have gotten to the point that everything that I make is always better than takeout! My goal is to have you all achieve that level of cooking and to learn from you! I also am planning on opening a business in the next few years revolving around meal prepping and freezer meals!
