Last year I completely burnt out. Like so many of us do, the process of cultivating success straight out of drama school led me to neglecting my mental and physical wellbeing.
This caused major health complications, including developing a seizure disorder!
Now, I'm no therapist by any means but I'm sharing my personal healing journey in hopes that a piece of my vulnerability may resonate with someone
