What better way to start sharing Shivji’s stories on the occasion of Mahashivratri than by sharing this beautiful image from my collection: Bal Hanuman worshipping Shiva.

Also, as I was sharing this image, it came to my mind that Lord Hanuman himself is Shiva, so why is he worshipping himself? Each Image tells a story, and here, the story is of Self-Awareness, self-respect, and self-love.

Honouring your true self, becoming more self aware is the fastest way to reach that divine superpower which lies deep within.

For those who missed Mahakumbh: There is always a Mahakumbh Within You ❤️✨🌊

Those who have followed me for a long time know that I always believe that divine power is not somewhere outside; it is always within us. The external events like Mahakumbh or deities are surely the greatest and most powerful mediums to connect to the power within. However, The Ultimate aim is to constantly evolve in a positive direction to meet that power within, whatever medium you choose-Mahakumbh or not!

Thousands of years ago, on this day, Arjun faced doubts despite his abilities; he felt fearful.

He then surrendered to a higher power. Who acted like a lighthouse, guiding him out of his darkness and towards the light—towards his destiny.

The essence of the Gita is that when in doubt, continue to perform your duty with utmost effort and surrender the rest to a higher power who will guide you to your destiny that has already been predetermined

I have been reading about Maa Lakshmi from Hindu scriptures and well-researched books for almost two years now. Now, it’s time to give back to all of you. Consider this my gift to you for this Diwali, and I assure you there can’t be a better gift than making Maa Lakshmi a part of our everyday life.

After the success of the first series, “Decoding Maa Lakshmi,” I am here again with a new series, “Maa Lakshmi in Daily Life,” which will explore the life and lessons from Maa Lakshmi’s life more deeply. Like all my previous series, such as “Decoding Kuberdev,” “Dashavatara,” “Gita and Ramayan ek Saath,” and “Mysterious Hindu Gods,” this series will also be a blend of ancient wisdom with modern-day self-improvement and money management concepts, which will surely help you in your daily life.

I have already received a massively good response for this upcoming series on the reel posted yesterday. This post is for those who wanted an English translation as well as for the new audience who would be interested in knowing in detail about Goddess Lakshmi.

Let us make Maa Lakshmi a part of our everyday life this Diwali.

See you all soon in Episode 1 🤝 going live tomorrow.

Mysterious Hindu Gods

Yamraj: In Hindu mythology, Yamraj is revered as the god of death and the ruler of the underworld. He is the son of Surya, the sun god, and Sanjana, the daughter of Vishwakarma. Yamraj holds the unique distinction of being the first mortal to die, which led to his appointment as the deity overseeing death and the afterlife. He is often depicted riding a powerful buffalo, symbolizing his dominion over death and his role as the judge of souls. The buffalo represents strength and the inevitability of death, as Yamraj guides souls to their next destination based on their karma. His role is crucial in maintaining the balance of life and death, ensuring that the cosmic order is upheld.

Shanidev: Shanidev, also known as Shani or Saturn, is another significant deity in Hinduism. He is the son of Surya and Chhaya, making him the half-brother of Yamraj. Shanidev is renowned for his intense penance in Varanasi, where he worshipped Lord Shiva to gain the position of the god of justice. His devotion and austerity earned him the responsibility of delivering justice and influencing the fortunes of individuals based on their actions. Shanidev is often associated with a crow, which serves as his vehicle. The crow symbolizes vigilance and the ability to see beyond the obvious, reflecting Shanidev’s role in observing and delivering justice impartially. His influence is believed to be both feared and respected, as he rewards the righteous and punishes the wrongdoers, ensuring moral order in the universe.

These two deities, Yamraj and Shanidev, embody the profound themes of death and justice in Hindu mythology, highlighting the intricate balance between life, morality, and the cosmic order.
