A reminder for many of us... don't doubt yourself, believe in your abilities no matter what others say, no-one has authority over you unless you give it or accept it. And here are more things I learned in 2025: + Not all people remember their light but make sure you remember yours. + Not all want to see you shining, then shine brighter. + Not all paths are easy, but make sure you are easy with/on yourself. + Not all is about $$$, be ready to lose anything but your Values. + Not all people need to know about what you do, but make sure you do it well for the principles you serve. Hi dear ones, one of my spiritual teachers always said: In October, double the protection. While many celebrate Halloween, few know its real significance and ancient origins.
Some also feel "down" because of the weather, the occupations (studies, work, etc), and emotional isolation, thus the importance of taking good care of ourselves from different perspectives:
🌞Food get healthier meals and sunny fruits,
* ✨Psychic protection, whatever your spiritual or religious belief, we are going to the darkest moments of the year, and so we have to "light" our inner flame and guard it from all kinds of storms.
* 🔥Nurture the Inner flame of "community and family", connect with close ones, it is better to go through storms with others than alone
* 🚀Be creative: when we talk about fire (remember the wands in Tarot), we talk about creativity, art, and things that nurture your flame.
* 🌸Many of us are empaths, and extra sensitive (not only to weather !) but to people and energies around. Try to identify what is yours and what is not. Inner work definitely helps with this.
* And finally, we dive deeper into psychic protection through a book we published in many languages called " Psychic Self-Defense Kit: 40 Protection Techniques to free yourself from negative energies, psychic attacks, and implants and regain better mental and physical health." Some of which are available on Amazon
