Now that it’s September I’m really into the Fall/Halloween vibe (despite record breaking heat and all the forest fires here in BC)….
….anyways, this is my next tutorial and I can’t decide if I should add eyes to this macrame black cat keychain. I’m notoriously bad at adding eyes to things 🙈
I feel like it’s more cute without eyes but with them it crosses the spooky line
🖤 Free Macrame Pixel Pattern! Feel free to take a screenshot, it can also be found on instagram under my “pattern” tab above my instagram feed. Happy macrame-ing 🤗

💙 let’s chat about pixel macrame! What questions, challenges, or things you just plain need help with? I’d like to know…pixel macrame is my jam and I bet I can help you
💙 Look at this fun quick macrame Easter project! Tutorial coming very soon! …make sure you have 3mm yellow and orange rope, plus some scrap black felt for the eyes 👀! See you soon!
💙 Stained glass cross for Easter 🐣 I probably won’t be able to make a full tutorial but you can always reference any of my other macrame pixel videos for the instructions @kbowersful
Sometimes yarn sizes can be confusing so I thought I’d share here.
When I create my pixel macrame I use size 4, or medium worsted weight yarn. I find this size yarn works well when paired with 3.35mm (or 4mm) single strand cotton rope. Hope this helps 🤗
