I need to make one thing absolutely clear. I am not an insolent admin. I don’t come into community servers to show off or bow down to anyone. I show up to work, I put in the effort, and I take my responsibilities seriously. And let me tell you — respect isn’t given, it’s earned.
I’ve made mistakes — we all have. But those mistakes are what made me a veteran, a leader, and a coach to people willing to grow. Every lesson, every setback, every challenge shaped me into someone who can guide, support, and push communities to do better. That’s what real leadership looks like.
Being a professional admin isn’t about acting like a judge or treating every case like a courtroom. It’s about seeing the problem in every solution, the solution in every problem. Like Einstein said, difficulty is where opportunity lives. I use that to make communities stronger, not to play games with people.
I’ve faced situations where I stood against eight people at once, all still mad about my past actions. And you know what? I owned it, I stayed firm, and I kept working. That’s how respect is earned. That’s how trust is built.
I respect everyone. I don’t expect anyone to bow down to me. And I won’t bow down to anyone who thinks respect means submission. Respect is about integrity, accountability, and effort — nothing else.
I’ve been misused before. I’ve been undervalued. But in communities where my experience was trusted and applied properly, I performed better than ever. That’s the proof: hard work, accountability, and leadership you can rely on.
If you’re here for experience, effort, and growth, then you’re welcome. I’ll continue to show up, do the work, and make sure respect means something real.
I want to take a moment to clarify some things I’ve said because I think it’s important that people understand my intentions.
When I said I’m a huge competitor, I wasn’t trying to act like a tough guy or put anyone down. Being competitive, to me, isn’t about disrespecting others—it’s about holding myself to high standards, staying disciplined, and consistently pushing myself to improve. I work hard every day, and that’s what I mean by being competitive.
When I said I ‘won’t bow down,’ it wasn’t meant as a challenge or a sign of disrespect. I meant that I want to earn respect through my skills, my leadership, and my actions—not demand it. Any respect or positive energy I’ve received comes from learning from my mistakes, helping people with small problems, and staying true to my values.
I also want to clarify something about being a dedicated and professional admin on Discord. Just because I take my role seriously doesn’t mean I’m superior to others. True professionalism is about caring for people and taking responsibility, not showing off power or control. I’ve seen people act as admins on community servers just to have authority, and that’s not professional—it’s about power, not care.
It’s human to feel angry or upset sometimes, and that doesn’t make someone unprofessional. What matters is how we respond. When someone is going through a hard time, the professional and right thing to do is help them, not let problems grow worse over time. Ignoring issues or refusing to take accountability only makes things harder.
I also want to address something from my past. In that first server, when I was demoted, I was targeted as a villain and lost a lot of respect—not just because of the decisions I made, but because I wasn’t mentally well at the time due to personal issues. Back when I was 19 or 20, it’s true that I lacked maturity and professionalism. I accept that, and I’ve worked hard to improve myself since then. I’ve rebuilt myself, regained everything, and feel like I’ve grown into a more positive role—a hero in my own eyes. But some people continue to see me as a villain, holding onto my past behavior and not letting it go. I understand that, but I hope they can also see that growth is real and that anyone can change and become a better person. I can also fix things to the best of my ability, and I believe everyone is allowed to rebuild and improve—not just be dismissed with comments like, ‘It’s over, thank you for your service.’
Recognizing mistakes and having support from people who understand you are the main components of a true rebuild. As long as we support each other, no matter our status or past, we can grow stronger and move forward together.
I believe leadership, growth, and respect come from hard work, responsibility, empathy, and mutual support. Every challenge I’ve faced, every mistake I’ve made, and every person I’ve helped has shaped who I am. My goal is to keep improving, supporting others where I can, and showing that respect and trust are earned through action, not words.
I have nothing but respect for everyone out there grinding, learning, and trying to do better every day. Let’s keep pushing ourselves, learning from mistakes, helping each other, and giving everyone a chance to rebuild along the way.
All haters or obssessive past behavior loving doubters who said i failed to break out and thought my career was over due to removal of monetization you're wrong
As I’ve said before, I’ll say it again: I’m a competitor. I give my all on YouTube, even if it comes with risks. Some think I’m unprofessional and act like they’re above me—but I’m a dedicated admin on Discord, just like anyone else. I don’t bow to anyone. I’ve changed, I’ve grown, and I’ve gotten everything back. If I pass my bachelor’s degree in management, I can go straight to becoming a lawyer at university. Nothing will stop me from moving forward and giving my best.
I appreciate your massive support people i was suffering from OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) from my psychiatrist that diagnosed me and i had periods of feeling threatened or misinterpret what people says. Its just whenever things arent organized well it creates for me an anxiety attack and confusion. Just because i can say things dont mean they are true its how the disorder works out
Just adding a post scriptum I want to make something clear:
I don’t see anyone as automatically above me just because of their profession or title. Whether someone is a jurist, an admin, or anything else, I believe respect should go both ways. I’ve worked hard to build my own skills and career, and I’m a hard competitor in everything I do. Because of that, I don’t feel the need to bow down to people who act like they’re superior. I treat everyone equally and expect mutual respect, not hierarchy.
I said i want to move forward with christmas but I want to address something that happened in the past on that server even though i shut down that story for now:
At that time, I was accused by some admins of sending intentionally (meaning doing it on purpose) trolls and, according to them, intentionally making others to feel unconformtable and accuse me to make me feel responsible and guilty.I want to be completely clear: I had nothing to do with this, and I never intended to cause trouble or manipulate anyone, i always take responsibilities of my actions.
I also want to clarify that I never tried to make a scene to make anyone feel like they wanted me back as an admin. That was never my intention. My goal has always been to participate positively in that server no matter what my position is and interact respectfully with everyone we do have up and down moments.
Despite this, I was banned from the server. While I understand that the admins may have thought this was a way to protect me or the community, I strongly disagree with the way the situation was handled. The lack of explanation and the inconsistent treatment during the process felt unfair and didn’t allow for a proper resolution.
Banning me without fully addressing the situation placed responsibility on me for something I didn’t do and felt it was unfair.
I want to set the record straight: I was not involved in sending trolls, nor did I provoke anyone to make accusations against me. I am committed to rebuilding trust and contributing positively if I am allowed to return. Ultimately, it is up to the admins and the community whether they want me back, and I will respect their decision.
As a professional admin and a hard competitor—both on YouTube and as a Discord community admin—I see my role as that of a caretaker and a hero: someone who protects the community, supports its members, and ensures fairness. I also believe that disagreements, like in basketball, sometimes need a moment to cool off before everyone can come back together on good terms. Similarly, when a player gets traded to another team for a change of scenery, it can help them feel better and positively change their behavior. That’s just human nature—sometimes distance and a fresh start make it easier to resolve conflicts and move forward.
I want to make it clear that this isn’t about the accusations or proving anyone wrong. My focus is on myself and improving my attitude so I can be a better member of this community and a better admin. I will also not bow down to anyone who dismissed my voice or said it was like a kid’s—my perspective and contributions are valid, and I stand by them.
I’m sharing this to clarify my side of the story and to highlight that situations like this should be handled with transparency, fairness, and respect. My hope is that, moving forward, the server can maintain a welcoming, balanced, and positive environment for everyone and i hope im fully opened to be welcomed back.
