Pouch Heals celebrates it 1 year anniversary this week. A year ago, I set out to transform a lot of emotional energy from my daughters UC diagnosis into something positive. Something that would help others on their IBD journey. Over the year I have tried to share my knowledge and experience of living with UC, Ileostomy, and J-Pouch. I am not a natural at any of this Youtube business, but I have pushed on. From reading many of the comments I can tell people have looked past my awkward on screen presence (sorry!), and connected to the messages I have shared. Thank you to everyone who has watched, liked, commented, and subscribed. I hope it's been helpful. I hope you feel connected with others walking the same journey as you. And I hope you will continue on this journey with me into the next year of Pouch Heals. Thank you. Thank you very much.

Hi all. there is a deliberate duplication of the last video released. To help separate it, i have put a different thumbnail on it. This is to allow foreign voice translations to work properly, which for a reason i dont know failed on the first release. If you have watched the first video on Loperamide you dont need to watch this. If you wanted the voice translations, this video should address that. Thanks very much.

Hi all, for the last two weekends we have had a plumber and builder at home sorting out a major leak which has put a delay on video production. Leak now resolved and video production will begin again shortly!
