Is Mega Gardevoir actually S-Tier now, or is this team just too good?

In previous regulations, Mega Gardevoir felt awkward to position and it's damage output was underwhelming...But by pairing it next to Indeedee, it managed to reach Top 3 at the Victory Road Tournament!

I broke down the exact EV spreads, win conditions, and piloted the team through Ranked Ladder!

Hey Trainers! Hope you are all doing well!
Yesterday I got to Master Ball tier from Poké Ball with a record of 13-1 (6-win streak ➡️ loss ➡️ 7-win streak), with what is essentially Justin Tang's M-Delphox team. Only changes were the addition of Iron Head on Kingambit, Rocky Helmet on Sinistcha and, of course, Kommo-o in the place of M-Floette.
Promotion match to get to Master Ball tier was against a Champion tier player and it was thrilling :)
Kinda sad I decided to pull off this climb off-camera since the matches were so so good.
Only hard matchup, this team has is against Mega Golisopod Rain
Please give it a try, so far with it we are 50-8!

Hey Trainers! Hope you are all doing well! Today is my last day of this Reg M-C season and I wanted to share the team I used for most of it. Ended up going 37-7 with this pretty amazing Mega Delphox + Kommo-o Balance team, inspired by Justin Tang's Delphox and Floette team.
Delphox has a good matchup into most of the meta, only really struggling against Rain and some Sand teams in the format. Clangorous Soul Kommo-o can solve the short-comings of Delphox into those specific matchups. Due to Kommo-o's good typing (and the fact that it is a special attacker) it has a pretty good matchup into the Balance teams that are being utilized at the moment. That paired with Clanging Scales, a move that targets both opposing Pokémon, further boolsters it's efficacy against redirection, which is also common.
Incineroar and Sneasler are very good to "buy" turns with Fake Out, damage mitigation and Quick Guard. Poison Point Sneasler proved to be amazing as the extra Poison damage really helped with some calcs.
Sinistcha is amazing. Healing on entry and redirection are all that Delphox and Kommo-o need to thrive. Rillaboom is also super good but, due to Mega Delphox's Levitate ability it would not get the healing from Grassy Terrain, making Sinistcha the optimal partner.
Kingambit is a staple of the meta. Extremely extremely good and this extra offensive set with Life Orb enables some pretty sick KOs. The fact that Incineroar, Salamence and Staraptor are very common also makes Kingambit a bit better as it can capitalize on those Intimidate stat drops.

I wasn't able to record much with this team this season, as I played mostly off-camera, but I will be making an in-depth video about it next season!
Kinda sad that I wasn't able to find time to grind and try to reach Champion tier, especially with how well this team fits my playstyle, ending up this season just short of 2000 elo...but there is always a next season :)

Next video will be about a Mega Froslass and Mega Raichu-Y hyper offense team! Please look forwards to that!

Mega Gardevoir is back and stronger than ever in Pokémon Champions Regulation M-C, and that is because of the return of Indeedee. Gardevoir and Indeedee are an amazing pair as Indeedee can setup Psychic Terrain on entry, not only protecting Gardevoir from Priority Moves but also giving Gardevoir's Expanding Force a massive boost in power! As if that wasn't enough Indeedee also has access to Trick Room and Follow Me which can be utilized to further support the team. Kommo-O synergizes beautifully with these two as it has a fantastic type coverage that allows Psyspam to thrive!
