Words can’t describe the emotional wreck I’ve been this past month. Last week, I lost the woman who helped shape my life, the true essence of a powerful woman, mi abuela.

She lit up my world like no one else. She brought our family together in a way only she could. I’m endlessly grateful for nearly 35 years of memories laughing, playing, making thousands of silly videos, and sharing almost every major life moment side by side. What an incredible run that I’ll cherish and carry on for the rest of my life.

Abu, I’ll forever love you with all my heart. Don’t worry about me, I’ll be okay.
