Also Thomas weighs a lot more than Tybalt and I’ve been referring to Tybalt as “the larger one.” Guess your “babies” always look like babies to a mom’s eye 🤦♀️

Happy Sunday everyone! Cannot thank you all enough for sharing your stories and taking the time to spend with us. I wanted to touch on some controversy over soaking / offering water. There are many conflicting schools of thought on this. I am not someone who pretends to be an expert. I want everyone to do what is right for their pets and I don’t judge any loving owner. I (like others) try to stick to my vet’s instructions and double check with other vets/ sources, but there’s many ways to raise a human, a cat, a dog, - reptiles have far more specialized/crucial care, HOWEVER it’s reasonable that there are at least one or 2 variations in how ppl keep them. Soaking is one of those grayer areas, so I think whatever works for you and your dragon is just fine as long as not overtly dangerous. I actually really do appreciate respectful advice and feedback. These are my first reptiles and despite all the research, I still learn new things about them all the time and value your experience. Love you guys and have a great week 🐸💗
