Everything you listen to here is proper music and has been edited by me if needed. This means loops, sound effects and other sounds are not included. Music ONLY.

A statement from Sarah Schachner regarding the delayed release of MWII soundtrack.
As a music producer myself, her comments do make a huge impact on how the tracks are portrayed.
Mixing and mastering - the process of ensure all instruments are played in the right amount of power and balanced to the listeners ears, and how track is overall detailed in its frequencies - is a huge part of a production.
Essentially, it’s an art form that immensely requires attention and can make or break a track…
Ladies and gentlemen, this is bad news. And I hope the MWII Soundtrack is taken at a high standard at this stage. But we just have to sit back and see what Activision does…

I can happily confirm that Bear McCreary will be Call of Duty Vanguard's composer.
For anyone not familiar, Bear is an extremely capable composer who focuses on more darker and epic productions. For a WWII setting it makes so much sense and I can't wait to hear it in it's full spectacle 🙂
From his collection, I can create some guesses:
- The sounds will be more complex and aggressive comparing to Sean Murray's WaW
- Less voices, more instruments like cello and strings
- Less electronic sound you might get from the Black Ops/Jack Wall series
- A slight touch of early MW series
- Finest for sound engineering
- More than less
