Joe Carlini - From Streets to Service

Welcome to my channel! I’m Joe Carlini, and this is my journey from a typical kid to a career criminal, and ultimately, to a dedicated advocate for those struggling on the streets. Diagnosed with mental illness and navigating the challenges of substance abuse, I've experienced both the heights of extreme wealth and the depths of homelessness.

From the age of 13 to 40, my life took many turns, leading me in and out of institutions. But through resilience and the support of others, I transformed my life. Today, I’m the founder of Chrysler Counselor, a community outreach nonprofit in Baltimore City, where I work tirelessly to help individuals find the support and resources they need.
