TaFMA (Task Force for Music & Arts), established by the Government of Nagaland, is a state-led initiative nurturing talent across music, dance, arts, and film. Evolving from the former (MTF) Music Task Force, TaFMA empowers artists from all districts of Nagaland and partners globally — from A.R. Rahman’s K.M. Conservatory to the Asia Music Summit. With events like the Hornbill Music Festival, TaFMA is shaping Nagaland into a vibrant hub for creativity and cultural expression.

The Nagaland Collective (NC) is a flagship program of TaFMA to nurture and mentor top talents of the state for the world of music and entertainment.
The season one of NC did exceptionally well with performances in many high profile events including Hornbill Music Fest, grand finale of South Asian Cross Country Championships and North East Festival in Thailand.
