Looking outside for validation I realized it was all my perception, a part of me.

My perception is me and much more then how others had impressed and shaped my understanding.
Looking down on myself is all wrong.

I have freedom to choose who, what, how, why and when my expressions will be.

My thoughts and actions don't need an explanation as that is my impression on reality.

Understanding this my old self has been shed and a new me is growing stronger every second.

Open and not knowing but looking forward to discovering what my next choice will be.
