Wow! To be celebrating this milestone, only 10 days after the 2000 subsriber milestone is absolutely awesome, and we really appreciate every single one of you 😁

A little update; Brian John kindly agreed to an interview with us, and we are currently editing the footage. We covered all of your questions in the comments of the last video... including the new information regarding the altar stone. Can't wait until it's ready to share with you all!

A massive thank you to all of our subscribers! It was really exciting to celebrate this milestone over the weekend... and it didn't stop there, we now have a total of 2,345 this morning😲🫢

The response to our most recent video (The Stonhehenge Bluestone Debate) has been absolutely phenomenal... we couldn't have hoped for better! It's been amazing reading all of the comments and taking in your thoughts and suggestions... with so many requests for a follow-up, we have begun the planning stage 😁 We will be visiting Brian John, and did you know that Mike Parker Pearson will be excavating locally again next month? We'll see if we can catch up with him 🤔😉

But, our next video will be a bit different... as we explore the rise of early Christianity, Tourism and Druidomania... and delve into their impact on Britain's ancient sites😅

The Bleeding Yew - Nevern, Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🌳

Yew trees are pretty much impossible to date.. but this one is thought to be at least 700 years old..

The Druids regarded yew as sacred and planted it close to their temples, often to form groves for worship. Early Christians built churches on these sacred sites, in their attempts at converting people to christianity, so the association of yew trees with churchyards was perpetuated. There are many reasons why these trees are thought to be linked with churchyards, and many more reasons why the Yew tree is so magical! We look forward to exploring the topic in an upcoming video. 🙂

Some believe the Bleeding Yew in Nevern will bleed until the world is at peace.
