Day 2: Relaxation
Find a quiet comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Choose a piece of music that you find relaxing or calming.
Close your eyes and focus on the music, allowing the sounds to wash over you.
Listen for the vocal ranges, the pauses, and the quieter sounds in the background. Allow the music to guide your relaxation.
Allow yourself to fully immerse in the music, letting go of any thoughts or distractions.
Stay in this relaxed state for as long as you feel comfortable, letting the music continue to soothe and calm you.
I chose Mull of Kintyre by Wings, beautiful song that evokes wonderful childhood memories for me. 💙
