The interior brings it all together. Designer wallpaper, natural stone, smart home tech, and a kitchen made for hosting. The bathrooms feel like a private spa.


Outside, there's a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen setup, and a covered lounge area, all just minutes from Lake Travis, golf, and downtown Lakeway.

After installing 400 doors across 20 houses, I finally broke down the real numbers: premium doors cost $2,000 in the US, but I get the exact same door imported for $700. Stop designing your slope house wrong.
I'm standing on my most complicated project right now (Sky residence) and just realized most people design slope houses completely backwards.
They start with: "How many bedrooms do I want?"
They SHOULD start with: "What does my survey say?"
