Hi lovelies! Happy 2026! I hope everyone's year is already off to a great start. 💛

I wanted to post here and talk a little bit about this channel and my hopes for it this year. I'm sure many of you noticed that I didn't upload much at all during 2025. I touched on it in a few vlogs, but 2025 was a rough year. There was a lot of good that happened, don't get me wrong, but a lot of the year I was in survival mode. My hope for 2026 is to get out of that survival mode. I also overthought WAY too much last year, which kept me from finishing a lot of projects (you should see the amount of unfinished vlogs I have). That's something else I want to tackle this year, not letting myself overthink something to the point of not doing. My overall hope for 2026 is to be consistent with content again. That doesn't necessarily mean I'll be back to uploading twice a week like I used to do, but I would like the consistency to come back.

2026 is a big year for this channel, as my 10 year anniversary on YouTube will be in December. I want the 10th year to be a good year, so staying consistent I feel will help with that.

Unfortunately, I'm already off to a helluva start this 2026, as I tested positive for Influenza B just yesterday...so I can't record much quite yet (my voice is constantly giving out). I'm on day 8 of symptoms, so hopefully it won't be much longer until I can feel like I have enough energy to start recording.

I appreciate you all sticking with me through last year. Thanks for being here. Here's to a great 2026.

9 years ago today I uploaded my first video here on YouTube...

It's wild to think it has almost been a decade since I first started creating content on here. I know this last year was seriously lacking for content, but thank you all for being here with me for this journey. My hope for 2026, especially since that will mark 10 years for me on YouTube, is that I will re-find that consistency I used to have on this platform. 💛 Thanks for sticking with me!
