With virtual and in-person options, the MOVE Program is led by specially trained Coaches and Support Agents who utilize adaptive programming to tailor classes to the unique needs of each participant, ensuring a fun and inclusive experience. ✨
A typical class structure Includes: a talk topic, a warm-up, 1-3 exercise circuits with games or dancing in-between, and a cool-down. This Program is year-round with classes up to three times each week!
