Les Patterson is a leadership mentor, professional speaker, military veteran, and a Sound Heart Champion. He is passionate about “Empowering Leaders to Create and Live a More Intentional Life” through his core Power of Three focus of “Creating Your Vision, Focusing Your Strategy, and Living Your Promise.”
⁠Les is the founder and Chief Storyteller of Red Edge Mentoring, a leadership mentoring and coaching company he leads with his angel wife Elisa. They are the parents of three boys who are also veterans, two lovely daughters, and grandparents of three. Les and Elisa have been married for 35 years and make their home in beautiful Cache Valley in the mountains of northern Utah.
Les enjoys writing poetry for family, friends, and strangers, to celebrate special occasions, honor hard challenges, and commemorate the little moments that create forever memories. Since 2017, Les has composed and shared over 600 poems. Someday, he might put them in a book.
