Silence Tech Reviews
As many are aware, an event occurred in my hometown NYC in Brooklyn on 4/12/22, which involved a mass shooting in the subway that injured multiple people and caused a lot of panic in that section of Brooklyn, and elsewhere in NYC. Less than 30 hours later, the suspect of this horrible crime was apprehended and taken into custody.
I've been able to get in touch with many friends & acquaintances in Brooklyn and additionally former work colleagues who live in the Sunset Park area who assisted me in several projects from a former job. I was relieved to hear none of them were in the area at the time, some already well on their way to work when the events of yesterday occurred in Brooklyn.
I absolutely encourage anyone who has friends, acquaintances, colleagues, etc, in this area to reach out and check in on them. Even those who were not at the scene but were/live close by may have been impacted emotionally in one way or another.
Generally, sometimes what someone needs is just to be asked how they are doing. Stay safe everyone!
