15 years ago I was afraid of having my face out there. Of being seen. I had been desperate to hide my spiritual and psychic gifts— gone as far as to tell my son when he was very little when he asked “well aren’t you a witch”? — that no I wasn’t a witch and we hold back such personal information until we really get to know someone, and then we let it out slowly. ???? WHAT?!? (We’ve changed that mindset since)

I couldn’t even allow myself to call myself a witch. Like the word God, I had a wound there that had to be acknowledged and healed.

Luckily the universe kept nudging me gently forward. In 2020 I was led to start a YouTube channel and start doing readings to help people cope with the stress of life and have the guidance that had helped me since I started reading for myself at fifteen years old.

At first the videos were of just my hands and the cards, and my hands were shaking. I was terrified of being called out. Of people I cared about shunning me. Amazingly and healingly it never happened.

I have been accepted and cherished. I have gone from hating to be in front of large groups of people to being comfortable and enjoying the connections in my authenticity. (I used to have to drink to be in social settings and have also been sober since 2020)

Moral of this story: don’t hold yourself back out of fear and previous traumatic experiences- this or past lifetimes. Let the universe support you in blossoming into your cosmic nature- you were designed beautifully after all! If you don’t believe me, I triple dog dare you to let me read your astrology birth chart!

The Rainbow Frequency

After the ‘Sunday Spirit Session’ with ​⁠‪@laurabaumholistichealthbus4217‬ I put our conversation into practice. Taking baths is a regular part of my self care and spiritual practice as it is also one of my favorite places to meditate.

I typically add in epsom salt, water-safe crystals, and the serum I make using jojoba and essential oils. Today I took it a step further and made a tea bag filled with herbs and flowers from my garden as we discussed in our Live video. The elements used in my bag were: rose buds, sage leaves and blossoms, yarrow flowers, and mint.

It makes a delicious tea as well, so you can also brew it to drink alongside your bath- so it is an internal and external healing experience! Best wishes and love! Be well holistically for yourself and the environment you are a beautiful part of!
