Ugh, I didn't want to rant about this but you need to hear this...Yesterday I saw someone with millions of followers saying that energy and manifestation doesn't work and that hard work is the only thing that does.

This drives me nuts because....technically she isn't wrong...if she is talking to Basic Babe level of consciousness....the women in the wounded feminine who haven't activated their masculine energy yet....

Except that this woman is an amazing Self Aware Barbie whose audience is primarily other women like her...

And these women desperately need Feminine Energetics!! I bet most of them are on the verge of burn out... not to mention grossly capped in their income and relationships....

This drives me nuts because it causes so much confusion for the woman who needs this work!! Like yesterday!!

When you don’t understand levels of consciousness, you start arguing against things that don't even apply to you!

Basic babes hear feminine energy and think it means doing nothing.

Self-aware Barbies discover even more masculine energy and swing hard into proving, building, executing… and then they start rejecting everything that feels soft or intuitive because it didn’t work the way they expected.

So now you have two groups…

One lacking agency. The other overidentified with effort. And they’re both talking each other out of what actually works!

And the women who need and desire this work get stuck in the noise and talk themselves out of the nourishment they so deeply are praying for.

Because the truth is…Feminine energetics, manifestation, and pleasure money…None of this is beginner work.

It’s Sheena’s Birthday month. 🌻

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending an in person conference with speakers with Kevin O'Leary (Mr. Wonderful from Shark Tank) and Codie Sanchez.

Being in the room with such high performers and big thinkers instantly raised my own floor and standards in life and business.

One of the concepts that really resonated with me was this....

Steal someone else's 10,000 hours. Referring to what Malcom Gladwell famously said in his book, "Outliers" - that it takes about 10,000 hours to reach mastery in something.

Stealing someone else 10,000 hours (ethically of course) looks like hiring people who have spend years/decades acquiring mastery in the topic you want to master and therefore collapsing time.
