I just recently finished an animation commissioned by a mate of mine on Discord
The animation was uploaded two days ago and I'm quite happy with how it turned out

With these commissions out of the way I'll definitely be more focused on the backlogged animations
So before anyone asks, No I'm not taking anymore commissions for the time being

Hey guys, I've got four videos on a scheduled upload for you all
The first of which is this years Channel Recap

The reason I've done this is because for one week starting from the 22nd of December I will be at Canberra visiting my father for Christmas, so the Recap and a special surprise video for you are scheduled for release on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day respectively

The video in question has it's thumbnail and title blurred so it's not to ruin the surprise
There are also two animations that I had finished that are scheduled for the first two months of the upcoming year, they've only had their titles blurred but the thumbnails can act as a nice little teaser for what to expect

So yeah I hope you're all stoked for the New Year, thanks so much for being patient with me
I wish all of you a Merry Christmas

I just heard the news of the recent passing of former YouTube CEO, Susan Wojcicki

And I want to say regardless of my opinions of her and how she ran YouTube, I would never wish this on anyone, especially if it's from cancer (speaking as someone who has a family member battling it)

And my condolences go to her family and friends.

Hey Guys
Just an announcement for some content, I've decided to make a five-part documentary series that details the behind the scenes of the Skit Stack series

As I'm typing this post the first two parts have been rendered and the third and fourth parts just need music
I'm also watching them for quality assurance, and I plan to work on the fifth part throughout March to get it prepared for the end of that month

The first part will premiere on the 3rd of March, the next parts will follow suit weekly

I think it's high time I gave you guys a bit of an update on things
Don't panic I'm still active, I've just been busy as fuck, mostly with my job which I loathe to hell and back

But storyboards and scripts have been made but since I'm only one man, things are gonna be slow for the channel

To add to that, I'm currently doing work for other animators as well and they should take more priority

Rest assured though, two skits are being scripted and boarded back to back and I'm trying to script and storyboard the last of the episodes of "Meet the Mon" as well as developing some big things behind the scenes

I hope you're all looking forward to that, hopefully by the end of April I'll have more time and energy to dedicate to the work load

Just thought I'd show off some WIP renders of the new splash screen (sadly these are cropped because YouTube can't run a fucking site to save their life) but they focus on the main thing which is this little mascot character I made, I'm up to the Inking and it will soon be coloured as well

We have the animatic, the posing lines and the rough sketch.

I'll have to double down because Krita crashed when I made one of these renders and I lost a chunk of progress but hopefully this will be ready for New Year's Eve, if not New Year's Day

Note some frames and poses have and will be adjusted as I make this

I exactly one day the upcoming animation will be out, I hope you're all excited for it, it was great to work on it and stretch my knowledge of Toon Boom to bursting point

There are more animations in development currently but they won't be in production for a long time, I'll explain further details in a future VLog I plan to record this weekend
