2 -2 pound blocks of Velveeta cheese 2 - big bags / boxes of uncooked elbow noodles/ noodles of your choice 1- pint of heavy whipping cream - just under half a gallon of milk - season with your choice of seasonings -top with your choice of shredded cheese on top - cover with aluminum foil —- cooking instructions -preheat smoker to 275 - once smoker is up to temperature smoke for 2 hours - after two hours stir it up really good then let cook until the noodles are done to your liking - top with half a bag of crushed up cheese it (optional )
