I am honoured to share that I have been named on the f:Entrepreneur #iAlso100 list for 2026!
Thank you to the f:Entrepreneur team for recognising women building ambitious, high-impact businesses across the UK. Their mission to increase the number of female-owned businesses from 20% to 30% by 2030 aligns directly with what we are building at WCorp!
We believe that when women-led businesses scale, workplaces improve, performance follows, and economies benefit. Being part of a campaign so closely aligned with our purpose is a joy.
I am also deeply grateful to everyone who believes in and supports the WCorp mission. As we head into the start of the year, the timing could not be better!
2026 is shaping up to be an exciting chapter for WCorp. We are expanding our Green Flag initiatives, collaborating with outstanding leaders and organisations, and developing further work that we will be unveiling later in the year. The focus remains the same: helping businesses build workplaces where women thrive and performance is measurable.
Thank you again to f:Entrepreneur for the recognition, and to everyone walking this journey with us. There is a great deal more to come.

What a year it has been at WCorp. This community, this movement, and this mission to transform workplaces for women have grown beyond anything imagined.
In 2025, the work went truly global. From taking the TEDx Berlin stage to speak on maternal health, to trackside at F1 coaching a rising star, the message of women’s equity and performance reached new audiences in powerful ways.
We launched our ROI Genie, an AI‑powered calculator that puts hard numbers behind the impact of women’s equity, and rapidly expanded our Green Flag initiative to help organisations turn good intentions into measurable standards and certification.
We hosted three fantastic events - including “Allyship Reimagined” - bringing together brilliant speakers and leaders committed to real workplace reform, and we ran a vibrant World Menopause Month and International Women’s Month that sparked honest conversations and action. We created our online allyship community: the Global Women Exchange.
This year also marked the start of our LinkedIn Live Mindset series, where extraordinary women founders and leaders shared how they build, scale and sustain their businesses. Alongside that, co‑running The SuperScalers with Sam Smith and co‑running WMasterminds with an incredible team in Poland Beata Mońka has been a powerful way to support high‑growth founders and executives on their own journeys.
Partnerships and recognition have accelerated the movement. Partnering with Sinitta’s Angels, and receiving nearly 10 awards while being shortlisted as a finalist for four more. Being named 2025 Disruptor of the Year by the Best Business Awards - recognised as “a thought leader in workplace reform and women’s empowerment, and winning business from enterprises across six continents” - was especially meaningful.
The most exciting part is that we’re only getting started. In the coming year, WCorp will be bringing in new, brilliant team members, deepening and scaling the Green Flag and ROI Genie, and expanding into more markets so that investors, boards and businesses can no longer ignore the performance upside of truly equitable workplaces.
To everyone who spoke on our stages, attended our events, partnered with us, or trusted us to help transform their organisations - thank you. Here’s to an even bolder year ahead, and to reshaping the investment and business landscape so that workplaces finally work for women, and therefore work better for everyone.
Special thanks to Carly Crew for the Green Flag Allyship Reimagined photography.

I am genuinely thrilled to share that WCorp has been shortlisted for the Social Impact and Mentorship Award at the Power of a Woman Awards 2026.
To be recognised for work centred on equity, leadership, and meaningful progression for women is deeply affirming. To be shortlisted alongside so many exceptional Black women and organisations makes it even more powerful.
This work is about building workplaces that perform better because women are supported, developed, and retained at every level. It is an honour to see that impact acknowledged.
If you believe in this mission, I would love your support.
Please consider buying tickets to attend the awards and casting your vote for WCorp.

Wow! Thank you so much Altaris Business Awards for this recognition.
Winning the Rising Star Award at the 2025 Startup Innovation Awards is an extraordinary recognition for WCorp Ltd. It reflects the commitment of our team, our Ambassadors, and the companies who are working with us to build cultures where women can lead, thrive and succeed at scale.
This award also feels especially apt in a year where everything is taking off! From launching Green Flag into the investor landscape, delivering a TedX talk in Berlin, collaborating with exceptional thought leaders at our recent Allyship event, to being featured in Voices of Impact - as well as the pleasure of watching my coaching clients achieve extraordinary wins.
Green Flag at WCorp has already created meaningful behavioural and cultural shifts across investor portfolios, with leaders adopting clearer standards, stronger governance, and more intentional approaches to supporting women in senior roles.
The momentum is real and accelerating.
We are energised for what comes next and remain committed to driving transformation across workplaces and investment ecosystems.
Thank you again to Altaris for this award and for recognising the work we are doing.

What’s the Value of a Brown or Black Baby?
Last week, I had the privilege of taking the stage at TEDx Berlin at Fotografiska to speak about an issue that has shaped my life and my work: how the erasure of women in medicine and the workplace is endangers our collective future.
Standing in that room, surrounded by people who live and breathe science, equity, and human possibility, was remarkable. What stayed with me most was the audience reaction when I shared the simplest and starkest truth from my presentation:
…that in 2025, in the UK, a Black or brown baby is twice as likely to die before its first birthday as a white baby.
They are the cost of systems built around the “standard” white male body, where women’s health has been treated as an afterthought for generations.
I spoke about how this bias shows up everywhere:
- in clinical trials designed around male physiology
- in medical training that still gives doctors only 1-2 hours on perimenopause
- in drug testing that left women prescribed unsafe doses for decades
And I shared why this matters not only in healthcare, but in workplaces that continue to overlook the real conditions shaping women’s lives, leadership, and long-term wellbeing.
I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity, and for the conversations that followed. It was a privilege to share the stage with extraordinary speakers and to be supported by an exceptional team.
A big thank you to everyone involved!

What’s one bold thing you did this week?
Said what needed saying in a meeting? Told someone no? Finally stopped waiting for permission?
🧠 Confidence isn’t magic. It’s a skill.
And the more you practise boldness, the less you second-guess yourself.
Drop a 💪 in the comments if you took up space this week (even just a little!!).
Client feedback: “I used to wait until I was 100% sure. Now I trust myself to take the step even when I’m only 60% ready.”
You’re not “becoming” confident.
You’re remembering who you are.

Being invited to speak at TEDxBerlin is an honour that I hold with real gratitude. On 3 December I will join an incredible line up of women whose voices and insights I deeply respect.
As part of 'The First Breath', I will explore a subject that deserves far more attention than it receives: the disproportionate rates of infant mortality among Black and brown babies, here in the UK in 2025. This is a subject that affects families, communities and the future of our workforce.
It is a reminder that equity in health is *inseparable* from equity in society.
I look forward to sharing this message on a global stage.
