This year's Sika Strength Weightlifting Camp is heading to France!
For €1,850 you'll be staying in Normandy, France, at the Centre Sportif de Normandie (Houlgate) for 5 nights, including 3 meals per day and, of course, 4 days of weightlifting training and education.
Check in will be on August 7th and we'll train 2 sessions + an educational lecture per day on the 8th, 9th, 10th & 11th, with check out on the 12th.
Every year we host a weightlifting camp to give weightlifters of all experience levels a chance to immerse themselves in weightlifting training for 4 days. We'll set you up with an in depth foundation of Sika Strength weightlifting knowledge so your training goes in the right direction when you return home and of course you'll enjoy a training holiday on the beautiful French coast, which you'll be free to explore in the evenings once training is done.
Weightlifters of all ages and levels are welcome. We've had everyone from national team athletes to ultramarathon runners who first snatched just 4 weeks beforehand!
To register, email us at sikastrength@gmail.com.
Registration requires a non refundable €500 deposit. As there has been a lot of interest in this year's camp, we recommend getting in early to secure your spot!
Houlgate and this region of France are very popular with plenty of travel options available. We'll be in touch with travel tips and logistics once you've registered.
Below is a link for a straight to the point 18 page guide on the 5 most common squats mistakes lifters make and how to tix them.
Now, if you're a long term viewer of the channel a lot of these will be familiar to you but when you need to figure out what's going on you can reference it without trying to find which video we talked about your issue!
Our training camp in Spala Poland will be making a return this year!

Yes that is the only set of jerks I've done in 12 months.
Yes that is a tractor balanced at the back with some of the coolest plates in history. (In Ireland we often use a huge block of concrete but maybe we need to learn from the Polish).

You know those cute little sit down interviews with experts?
Well, help us film one for the main channel.
Now, it's not about history (although I do love me some history), it's for Strength & Conditioning.
So leave some S&C questions below and we'll get the professional lights and super zoom lense out.
